Inmunoferoz Winter with Inmunoferon

4 min read

The immune system is made up of an interconnected set of cells and molecules whose main function is to defend the body from external aggressions, especially infectious agents (viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites) that threaten our health.

To this end, the immune system comprises three levels of defence:

  • Physiological Barriers - The skin and mucous secretions that cover the internal surfaces of the respiratory, digestive and reproductive systems constitute a physical barrier against infection.
  • Innate Immune System - Provides the first protection against invading agents from the moment they enter the body, with immediate and non-specific action, but very effective.
  • Adaptive Immune System - Triggers a response specifically tailored to the nature of the infectious agent. This response is delayed, but very targeted and rapid in cases of reinfection because it has immunological memory.

Immune disorders arise as a consequence of the abnormal functioning of the components of the immune system, especially when they are unable to generate appropriate immune responses against the microorganisms that invade it. A weakened immune system can increase susceptibility to respiratory infections, particularly with the arrival of colder weather.

Inmunoferon® is composed of AM3®, an exogenous immunomodulator, of natural origin, which modulates immune defences, stimulating a more efficient response against infectious agents. This Cantabria Labs' patented technology, AM3®, interacts with GALT (gut-associated lymphoid tissue), promoting a coordinated cellular response of innate and adaptive immunity mechanisms. *

INMUNOFERON Capsules

Cantabria Labs - Inmunoferon

Inmunoferon® Capsules combines AM3® with 3 mg of Zinc. Zinc is known to contribute to the maintenance of an immune system under normal conditions. For this reason, it helps prevent recurrent infections and enhance the effectiveness of vaccines, namely the flu vaccine.

Examples of recurrent infections:

  • Upper respiratory infections: otitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis...
  • Genitourinary tract infections
  • Recurrent skin infections: HPV, herpes, aphthous stomatitis...
  • As an adjunct to vaccination

In adults, it is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with the main meals and, in children from 3 years of age, to take 1 capsule daily. The minimum intake period is 3 months and the maximum is 6 months, with a dose interval of 3 months. In order to facilitate administration, the contents of the capsules may be dissolved in liquids or semi-solids. Gluten and lactose free.

INMUNOFERON Junior

Cantabria Labs - Inmunoferon

Children in daycare centers and schools can develop between 8 and 10 upper respiratory tract infections and 1 to 2 gastrointestinal tract infections annually.

Recurrent respiratory tract infections have a characteristic seasonal course, being more prevalent in autumn and winter.

Although each child reacts in their own way to each infection, there are ways to stimulate the development of the immune system of the little ones.

Inmunoferon® Junior combines AM3® technology with Echinacea, Propolis and Vitamins C and D, an ingredient that contributes to the normal functioning of children's immune systems .

The recommended daily intake for children aged 3 and over is 5 ml in a single dose. The formula, with a pleasant orange taste, does not contain gluten or lactose and can be recommended for diabetic children. Includes a dosing syringe for easy administration. After opening, it does not require storage in the refrigerator and can be stored at room temperature in a dry place.
