Lazartigue Thermo-Protective Serum
In October we're back to full routines and it's also the time when we go back to hairdryers and heat tools. It's very important to note that hair is made up of 3 layers, from the outside in: the cuticle, the cortex and the medulla. Hair dryers and flat irons use very high temperatures, which can damage the cuticle. Above 190º, the disulfide bonds between cysteine amino acids in the cortex are broken. Using a heat protectant can help reduce the damage.

- As a finishing treatment: use 1 to 2 pipettes, heat in your hands and then apply to dry hair in areas that need a moisturizing touch.
