With the premise of avoiding the mouth affections, Couto toothpaste has a formulation with antibacterial action; thus being used for  taking care of both the health of your teeth and your gums.

This toothpaste can be used daily when brushing your teeth; or even as antiseptic care in case of acute gums inflammation.

Use while brushing teeth after meals, and at least twivce a day.

If you wish to take advantage of its antiseptic effect, you can leave it in contact with the oral mucosa for one or two minutes before rinsing with water.

In cases of acute inflammation, or when a gum condition does not allow the use of a brush; you can apply it on the mucosa with your finger, gently massage it and let it act for a few minutes.
