How to Use

Apply to the desired areas, following the suggested order:

Abdomen: Begin by performing large and circular movements followed by small circles, having the belly button as the center point. Squeeze and roll the skin in 3 steps from the belly button and outwards.
Thighs: Perform gentle hand movements from the knee to the buttocks, in 3 parallel lines. Squeeze and roll the skin in 3 steps from the knee.
Buttocks: Perform circular movements with aclenched fist.
Arms: Perform gentle hand movements from the elbow to the shoulder, and in 3 parallel lines. Squeeze and roll the skin in 3 lines from the elbow.
