Express Pickup Service

  • For orders below 29 €, the shipping fee is 2.9 €
  • For orders above 29 €, the shipping fee is FREE.

Express Service

  • For orders below 65 €, the shipping fee is 2.9 €
  • For orders above 65 €, the shipping fee is FREE.

For the Azores, Madeira and rest of the world, the value of the transport and the delivery time depends on the weight and delivery location. You can check this information directly in your shopping bag.
We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

SweetCare is governed by Portuguese legislation and can not be responsible for shipments of substances that are not allowed to be sold in the destination country.

Please notice that heavy or oversized packages (ex: diapers, large gift packs, etc.) are subject to consultation and analysis before shipping. If your order does not meet the weight and volume parameters imposed by each shipping method, our customer support team will contact you for more information and help.

Delivery time

Your order will be dispatched once all articles are available.
When all items are in stock, orders are dispatched on the same day, or on the next day depending on the hour and payment method chosen. Otherwise, they will be dispatched within the estimated delivery time for the articles out of stock.


After shipping, the estimated delivery time is:: 

Portugal Continental: 1 weekday
Madeira: until 5 weekdays
Azores:7 to 11 weekdays
EU: up to 7 weekdays
Outside EU: up to 15 weekdays
Brazil: 12 to 22 weekdays

Delays may occur due to high flow periods, such as holidays and Christmas.

Customs may delay the delivery for inspection.


International Customers

We ship worldwide. If your country is missing on the list of countries in the shopping bag, please contact us and request a quote.


SweetCare is governed by Portuguese legislation and can not be responsible for shipments of substances that are not allowed to be sold in the destination country. In these cases: 

  • If the shipment is made by CTT – Correios de Portugal (portuguese oficial mail) after destination customs supervision the order automatically returns. After arriving at our store, we refund our client with a discount voucher; the value of the refund is the value of the products minus any Portuguese customs fees applied.
  • If shipment is made by express mail, the return implies cost for our client (shipping + portuguese customs fees ).
    If the value is accepted, after we receive the order at our warehouse, the value of the refund is: the value of the products minus return cost (shipping cost plus any portuguese or international customs fees applied). Refund is made with discount voucher. If the value is not accepted or we don't get an answer in time (3 days), SweetCare reserves the right to not assume return costs, to abandon the order and consequently not refund any value.

Some countries don't place the possibility to choose between return or abandon the order. Return is automatically performed and the costs are supported by our client.

In express courrier shippings the shipping cost indicated in the shopping bag is only indicative. This value is only confirmed at the order's checkout,  after entering the delivery address.
Situations of need for change of address due to insufficient address / incorrect or different from the initially requested, implies the cost of 12€ to the customer.

Although uncommon, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to pick up the order. 

If applied any taxes/fees on international shippings, please notice that these costs are applied by your country's customs agency and not by the courier or by our store.
As it is an International shipping from Portugal to your country, these oficial procedures are normal and the application of fees may happen or not according to your country's laws so we appreciate your understanding.


As soon as we ship the order, you'll receive by email the tracking number to follow your order.



All shipments are covered by insurance against loss.
In the event that your order is lost, SweetCare refunds the entire order or makes a second shipment at no additional cost.
An order can only be considered as lost after confirmation by the company that made the transport.
